Toni Šare

Hello! My name is Toni Šare and I am a local from Split, Croatia. I graduated with a Master’s degree in history at the University of Zadar in 2017. I worked as a history teacher for a year and in 2019 I started my own business as a licensed tour guide in my hometown. 

My main goal is to try and deliver the most professional and interesting tour there is. Having a history degree in this business is a major plus since I can provide much more knowledge than what is learned at a tour guide course. I have years of study and passion for history behind me and I am really trying to carry that forward. I also combine that with the expertise and education I gained as a teacher to make my tours a logical and pragmatic experience.

I speak fluent English and I enforce dialogue as much as I can during my tours since it provides much more personal contact with the guide and it is easier and more enjoyable to learn that way.
